Iced Tea

Photo by zaimoku_woodpileIced tea really isn’t a big thing in the North. Sure, there are a few devotees, but it’s not available everywhere and with everything.

The South, on the other hand, is big into Iced Tea. And it is Southern Iced Tea, which is approximately a cup of sugar with a drop of tea in it.

The first time I had Southern Iced Tea. I stayed up…for days.

I have learned to avoid Southern Iced Tea.

But I have developed a taste for iced tea, living in the South.

However my type of iced tea is known as Northern Iced Tea here. Straight up, unsweetened.

You can take a the girl out of the North, but you can’t take the North out of the girl.
